They differ in a way that it’s Cistern is build inside the wall. It’s only the toilets and buttons seen and the toilet hungs in air.
They also use 3.5 liters of water per flush
One Piece Toilets
This comes as one complete toilet.
I.e both the cistern and the toilet it’s self are combined to form one piece toilet
